'1. In its Procedural Order No. 4 of the 2nd July 2004 the Arbitral Tribunal had decided:

The parties are authorized to submit to each other within two weeks further documents to the extent they are mentioned in or related to documents already submitted.

Respondent's proposal to submit a further document at the time of the pleadings is therefore late and such late submission is denied.

2. As per Art. 22 of the ICC Rules the Arbitral Tribunal declares the proceedings closed.

3. In their final reliefs submitted on the 15th September 2004 both parties are requesting the Arbitral Tribunal to order their opposing party to bear all costs of this arbitration.

The Arbitral Tribunal therefore requests Claimant and Respondent to submit to each member of the Arbitral Tribunal and to their opposing party until Monday the 29th November 2004 a detailed list of their costs together with the relevant evidence as defined by Art. 31 of the ICC Rules'
